I have the 56" and it's junk. I would not buy it again. I would look for used snap-on or lista. I cannot recommend Homak.

I have one also, Piece of junk!

The lock broke in the first month, and the shelf layout is terrible!

I was better off spending more money or restoring a old one

i have a 27 i use as a cart i love it, also looking at the 44 not the h2 though. not sure who was making them then but these newer ones seem very well built

I have the 41 SE bottom box and i like it alot. never an issue, except now i need a bigger one. not the fault of the box though

I think you'd be better off with saving a little more and getting a Strictly Toolboxes one (either Toolvault, Gatorbuilt, or Montezuma). Better quality deeper and probably a better layout plus they have some color choices too.

I haven't been impressed by the Homaks carried by Northern tool. Poor layout (which this one does not suffer as much from at least) and they feel ok but don't really seem too high quality.
