Lowest end of the food chain, quality wise. Even mediocre performers can reach 100 lumens per watt, where this falls short.
If your garage is just for parking cars, then maybe.....
Good luck

I bought one a while back. Mounted it above my work bench and have been very happy with it.
Like cybrdyke said, it's not the brightest light out there, but for the money, it makes a great work light.

I was in Costco one night and they had a 4 foot LED shop light for something like $14. I bought one and replaced my long-used fluorescent light from my college days. I am thoroughly happy with it and will be sending the fluorescent light to the church yard sale.

Ah, yea thats why I was sorta hesitant to swap all my fixtures to LED.

So what would ya buy if you wanted to go LED for a reasonable price for some shop lights?

I have that fixture and I am pleased with it. A local HD in my area has it for about $25 instead of $40 as of last week. I paid the $40, and still feel it was a good value.

These are great, I have 8 of them hanging for a year now. I have another 20 or so to hang because they were only $20 subsidized in Massachusetts.

I hung a bunch over workbenches, they work fine. Plenty bright, linkable feature is nice.

They are worth $39, in my book.
