136489 DEWALT 15-Amp 10 in. Compact Job Site Table Saw

Last Sunday the HD #801 in West Mobile, AL 36695 had 4 in stock on an upper shelf and their computer said 0 in stock at that time. I bought 1 of them at that time.

I am now out of town, work related and won't be back for several more weeks. If someone lives near Mobile, AL, they might be able to drive by and see of any are left on the rack and not sold out yet. If I was still home, I would go by and check it my self. :(
Earnie,
Just wanted to say thanks for posting this. After having zero luck running all over near me and finding none at any stores I happened on here to skim this thread and saw this. Dumb luck, my g/f was in the car headed to Mobile for work so I asked her to stop and check. Still 3 in overhead stock, no employee had any idea they existed. Department manager got mad because he said he had them on the floor and someone put them back up in overhead. My g/f had them pull all 3 and they'll be coming home to me, my dad and my g/f's dad next week. $75/per!

Thanks!!!

If anyone has or finds a table saw let me know I'll PayPal you the $ and send a FedEx shipping label for you to send it. All I need is the dimensions of the box.

I second this, I can send a prepaid label for the table saw, miter saw, or any of the Dremel tools.

My local Craigslist is flooded with NIB Dewalt table saws. I'm not even going to bother hunting the stores for one, they're all gone.

Anyone know the measurements of the miter saw box? I might have access to one about 3 hours away, but I'd rather drive my Mustang GT than my old worn out S-10. (Going that direction anyway, so no big deal if it's not there.)

Just curious if it will fit behind the seat.

Thanks!

Amazon has 33 x 23.8 x 18.8 inches for the item description, that should give you a rough estimate. I fit it in the back of a 2008 Nissan Sentra but it was a pretty tight fit.

It's really big.. It would not fit in my gf's Volvo or my Corvette. Most boxes I see like that are big in two directions, which I can usually still make fit.. but it's big in all 3. I ended up leaving the hatch open on the Corvette and just strapping it as closed as it would get and driving it home like that, lol. There are some pictures on here somewhere.

It fit in the back seat of an RX-8 with the passenger seat all the way up and vertical. I'm sure it would fit in a Mustang but I'm not sure it would be able to go back there without removing the passenger seat.

Thanks everyone. If I make the trip I'll just bring my IR 20v impact with me. That will make short work of removing the seat, if need be.

I'm sure you're right! Someone about an hour north of me will sell it for $200, but I don't want/need it that badly...yet.

That's not bad, if you're in the market for a miter saw. I've seen most listings on CL at $300 and up.

I actually bought mine when it was $200 and thought it was a good deal then. Price adjustment down to $100 just made it even better.

I picked 2 up in my 2 door civic. Had to remove the passenger seat to get one in the back seat, put the second where the passenger seat was, and seat in the trunk. Highly doubt you will get it behind the passenger seat without removing it.

Just got off the phone with one store he said there is none in Minnesota for both saws is what it said on his computer so is that true then or is the computer not keep right records off clearance items?

Today's finds, nothing as exciting as a table or miter saw and not worth a special trip.

5-1/2 in. Finishing and Plastering Masonry Pointing Trowel with Wood Handle
Model # 92220Q
Paid $1.23 Reg. $4.97

5 in. x 2 in. No-Notch Margin Trowel with Wood Handle Model # 42103Q
Paid $1.33 Reg. $4.97

10 in. Professional Profile and Contour Gauge Model # 10032Q
Paid $2.53 Reg. $9.97

All above found in the tile section.

Husky 11-Piece Screwdriver Set Model # 246340110
Paid $2.52 Reg. $9.88

They also had a set of Husky rolling tool bags a large and a small one together, marked down from over $150.00 to $59.97 Sorry I didn't get a number or picture on this one, they were up by the self checkout. I'm assuming it must of been a black Friday deal because it was a set.

It's the table saw, but still a good deal.

I've been seeing them on Craigslist for full price or more. Haven't even seen one for a reasonable markup, just full price or more, pure greed.

I'd like go have gotten one but my time is worth more than chasing around multiple home depots and I certainly won't be buying one from the shitbags on CL. Oh well. Hope they get stuck with them.

After visiting 10 or 11 Home Depots in the last week I FINALLY found a table saw! Literally the last store I had any intention of checking (last within a one hour drive radius.) Spotted it in top stock in the aisle next to the tool dept, last one too.

My haul for all the time and gas driving to three different counties- miter saw $100, table saw $75, hole saw set $10, roto ratchets 3/8 and 1/4 $6.33 each, three pack Husky plastic compartment organizers $3.04. All of it will be used and enjoyed by me, not resold. Thanks GJ!

We don't ask these questions...:lol2:

Kind of like asking how much it costs to buy the tools to do a a job versus paying someone to do the job....

I'll usually look in the stores near the house and office (4 stores total) and if I don't find it God didn't intend for me to have it.

On my weekly trip to Home Depot today, I noticed the Patio Heaters went on clearance. $104.00 down from $129.00 not enough of a deal to jump on today but I'll be watching them. Highly doubt if they stock these in the warmer climates.

I'd like to trade the Ryobi 18v fan that I picked up for multiple packs of Ridgid and/or Ryobi batteries. The terms would be to calculate actual costs and make it break even. Then each covers their own outgoing shipping. Because of the cost of the fan compared to the batteries, you'd be receiving funds from me.

Was told to keep an eye on these Rigid 12" sliding miter saws. New models are in and they are supposed to go in the location of the older models. Maybe the guys that are still looking for one can get in on this deal If they go down in price.

SKU - 295-598

My area didn't get hit by resellers. If it did, they haven't posted anything on CL yet.

But the stores here actually sold out once the prices dropped to $200.04/$150.04 for the miter/table saws.

Been to about 10 HD looking for the miter saw with no luck. Did find the Ridgid and Ryobi 2-pack of batteries. At one HD, I was surprised to see that all the Husky garage cabinets and secure track were gone and replaced with Gladiator stuff. Anyone else notice that and were the Husky stuff clearanced out. Like I said, this was only at 1 of the 10 HD I have been in the last week
