Yeah, this is in Virginia

Can you say where in Virginia you are finding these? I have been searching the MD/VA/DC area for the Bostitch Roofing Nailer and all of them have been at list price. Would love to find one as I have a shed roofing project waiting and I would much rather use a nailer than pound nails individually. Thanks.....

Two months at my two closest stores and zero accept one case of aa batteries. I think I am done looking in these two stores. I literally wrote down every skew I could see in the rafters that I knew wasn't current active msrp stock and checked them in the computer and zero deals. I searched everything know to man in the computer and nothing was on hand either. I walked every isle in the stores and no extra stock looked out of place.

I've seen both mgrs and they are mid 30s go getter looking guys. They keep clean stores at least!!!

I don't remember anyone saying the Bostitch roofing nailer was on clearance. It's full price all around here.

The roofing nailers that were on clearance were Ridgid and Hitachi, and now Makita if your store carried it.

Do you ever recall checking Sku's and NOTHING comes up at the computer? If that ever happens, I can almost guarantee those are $0.01.

I found a couple of Bostitch Roofing Nailers on clearance within the MD/VA/DC area but they have been very slow to come down, or they remain at list ($249.99). It is truly hit or miss in this area. I am currently watching one that has been marked down 50% ($125), but I have not been able to convince anyone - employee and/or manager - to reduce it any further. Most of the time if they are being reduced they disappear off the shelf prior to reaching the .03 stage, or if they are further reduced they are snatched up quicker than free food at a Pro Desk gathering.

Was hoping that maybe someone saw something down in this area and could point me in the right direction.....

Saw it there as well. Did you purchase it? Was hoping to see it go down but they have since written the SKU, as well as the $125 price on the box. Figure that it will not be going down soon or if all.......

SKU: 751916 Model # RN46-1. Saw previous postings on Slickdeals noting folks buying them for as low as $63.

Would be willing to take a DeWalt (or any type of suitable nailer) if I can find same at a good price. Will check out the ones noted above and see if I might be lucky scoring one in my travels......

My shipment has arrived...they were nice enough to put the pallet in my garage.

Put up a Lot of 2 on eBay and ask 50 bucks for 2 of them with free shipping, after the cost of a medium flat rate box 1 you'll, and eBay/paypal fee's you'll get 30 dollars profit. they sell online anywhere from 33 to 38 dollars each normally.

There was 1 day only that you could buy the nails online, depending on which store you had the HD website set to. 50 cents per box, but you had to get $45 worth to get free shipping, so 90 boxes lol. I had 2 orders, 180 boxes, $90 with free shipping

lol ya so in total I got over $8,000 worth of nails for around $105

That's crazy. All the same size though right. Had much luck selling them? Should have bought a ton and sold them back to my old boss at the hardware store for like $10 a box haha. Not sure what his "cost" is where he gets them but I can't imagine it's that low.

Does everyone realize you can use the HD app to scan barcodes and get store SKU's?

So I just got done talking to my employee who worked for RIGIS, the inventory team for several years. She stated when they did their inventory and scanned an item that rang up .01 it had to be discarded. So she said they would always find items every year like that. So obviously at some point a store won't have any, the day after inventory but it'll start pilling back up soon.

lol the only stores that have them are full price around here. I haven't been able to find any clearance ones. I keep losing track of which store has them

I know I have seen them on shelves but haven't really paid much attention to them. Will have to check it out more next time I go. Any stops planned tonight?

Nearly every store I have gone into has had the RGIS tags all over the place. I assume this means that inventory will be happening in the near future.
