IDK. New clearance pricing structure to eek out a little more $?

The one ending with an 8 is only 70% off Vs. the typical 75% you get with a 2 or 3.

Will have to watch for it in the future.

Two questions about the Milwaukee handheld meters:

1. Anybody seen them go off of 06 status and onto 03 status?

2. Around here the DMM are impossible to find, but the clamp meters are available. Just wondering if that's a trend.

Still at 06 in my area as of today. Clamps meters are available probably 5:1 over the other. Been watching these forever it seems like. I have to think they'll hit 03 status sooner than later but then again, I thought that last month.

Dang, struck out on the 32" cabinet for $63.**. They're still $245 here. One of the employees saw me looking in price check on the computer and asked what was going on. I told him a "friend", hey you guys are friends LOL, got one for about $60 and I was trying to grab one before they were gone. He said all stores are different, and that some times even a store 20 minutes away clearances an item that they keep full price and it really frustrates the customers. He then made a comment about employees usually grabbing the "good deals" before customers ever have a chance to see them.

There is no way you could use all those.

I'm surprised they weren't a penny.

A store this morning, used a sku for drill tips. Charged me 10.00 but used a sku that normally costs 2.00

Maybe not at your house, but it's working out OK at his house. ;)

They *ARE* a penny, which means that:
a) you cannot find them in stores,
b) you cannot RR,
c) returns get RTV

d) None of the above. [emoji6]

I could probably find a use for that many storage containers.... but more than 3/4 of them would be for something other than tools. See one could always tell the wife: "look baby I got you some nice containers to store some of your things in.. seasonal stuff, pots and pans, the kids toys, etc" hahaha

Keep the wife away from the Dewalts. Next thing you know, she'll be using your table saw. That man cave of yours? Gone!

Just curious what are you searching for on the computer to make it come up? I feel like the search is hit or miss. Or are you typing sku directly in?

We've had a couple for about 6 months now. They are holding up fine, and haven't had any issues with them leaking through. One stays by the door and gets used for letting the dogs out or walking the property after/during storms. The other is in the wife's car since she works at a large university and often has to walk a bit. For $5ea. we've been quite happy with them.

Use "husky" and all items with including this word should be returned/displayed.

I have 36 at last count and they are all filled with tools, fasteners and accessories. Each tool has a dedicated box with its respective accessories

Hmm ok I'll try that. For some reason I thought the bold text only came up on the search. Seeing this doesn't say husky I figured it would not pop up. I wish they had a filter for instock items like they do for clearance. I'm vacation in Newport RI and going hit a few stores today.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1440163338.073191.jpg

Which handheld meters are you referring to. I've noticed the clamp meters are .06 here, but don't know what other one you are talking about.

Definitely a little jealous 77Ford! Good job! If you were closer, I would try offering to buy some of those off of you! I would like a few, but can't get myself to pay these retail prices!

Yeah, not sure about the bold letters thing. I found these by using keyword "Husky" then filtering by clearance.

All of the Dewalt boxes around here are still full price.

For those guys that have them, I was wondering if you thought they would be good for storing clothes in on a hitch cargo carrier. I'm filling up my vehicle with kids now and have a hitch cargo carrier that I'm going to try to use for vacation. Thought the large Dewalt boxes might do the trick. 2 things I'm concerned about is are they fully waterproof and secondly would they make the clothes smell?

They would be great for that!

They will lock together and stack nicely.

I doubt brand new, clean boxes will make clothes smell at all.

They are completely water tight. They have a rubber gasket on the lid and an air vent on top that can be screwed down tight.

I put my PVC glue in one and can't smell the glue outside the box, but once you open it, that smell fills up a room.
