Anyway, found a couple deals that I don't recall being mentioned. I was looking for a replacement shower/tub faucet and found a couple of these guys - SKU 1000902125. Pretty nice set in brushed stainless and marked down from $99 to $25.03. I found 3 of them on the plumbing 'clearance' rack along with a slightly different model. Here's a link to the product on the website - http://www.homedepot.com/p/Pfister-Universal-1-Handle-Transitional-Tub-and-Shower-Faucet-Trim-Kit-in-Brushed-Stainless-Steel-Valve-Not-Included-R90-TN2K/203471274?keyword=r90-tn2k

As I posted yesterday, picked up 2 brushed nickel and 1 "Tuscan Bronze" for .01 each. I had seen them a month or so ago at $25.03. One had a clearance sticker with a $75.00 tag on it, so they never even bothered tagging it $25.03. It was buried on a clearance rack, so when I saw that I figured it must be penny. Went and looked it up in the app and not found. Then I went to the faucet aisle where I found the other brushed nickel and bronze versions. Got them down myself as I didn't want to bother with someone getting them down and scanning them.

just to be clear these are just kits to freshen up the look. they don't actually replace the parts in the wall, etc. Sounds like a good idea.

description
Save time and money by installing the new Pfister Universal Tub and Shower. No need to tear out the tile or fiberglass or hire a professional. Compatible with existing Delta, Moen and Pfister valves already installed.

At $25.03 I think they were a good deal. Looking to change my two large bathrooms to the brushed nickel and my other half bath to the bronze. At .01 it was a no brainer.

I actually just installed one of these Pfister kits. It's just a trim replacement kit; doesn't actually include the valve. The clearance one we bought was a return and I'm 99% sure the previous buyer had the same Delta Monitor 3 system that I've got. The kit claims to work with the Delta Monitor, but it doesn't fit the Monitor 3 correctly. I was able to get around it by buying a different aftermarket handle for and then everything was peachy. The unit we picked up was already all set up for the Monitor valve system so the previous people probably ran into the same issue.

Not sure what my faucets are but at .01, I figured I had nothing to lose. Haven't tried them yet.

I may be wrong on that. The multi meter shows $74.98 online and is was $3X.03. That's about 50% but I believe the original MSRP was $119?

Tried the price check app at two stores yesterday. Got watched like a hawk at one and the other no one seemed to care. Out of stock on anything I could find penny related. If anyone needs flooring though it seems they are .03 a lot of it. Mostly tile. Also alarmed that it August and they brought out the full line up of snow blowers. All last years models at full price.

Do we know what day they change over stock? Like the flyers locally change every Wednesday when they have one. Is this is the day the system updates for pricing?

While at one of my local stores yesterday on the price check app searched "Husky" and sorted by clearance. Seems the 52" tool boxes have hit clearance here. May be worth watching. My local stores don't have any in stock, but one store has several of the 41" ones we've seen on here for $132.

This 52" model showed $498 I believe.

If anyone local has any of the 28 degree bostitch framing nails I would like to trade for some. I've got a ton of the coil framing nails but no coil framer. I have the bostitch and porter cable stick nailers but no nails for them. Home Depot is playing a cruel joke on me.

Local Home Depot has 1 Paslode 501000 framing nailer for 63.00. Didn't get it as no immediate need and my current Bostich nailer works great.

I'm in Durham, nc.

It said he was banned while he has been commenting on the site if you went to his profile so I don't think he actually is.
