Looks like he is not selling them to GJers

ETA; Can't blame him

Now says ad has been deleted by author...

When I looked at it last night, it had the "see other items" link attached, and there was a ton of other HD clearance items listed. Made me checkle when the ad quoted "price is firm". Seemed like all were damn-near at retail price. So much for "saving items for others" comments.

Went looking for a Milwaukee multimeter today, with zero luck. Several local stores had them a couple weeks ago before the dropped price. I swear, I really think the bulk of this stuff goes to the employees.

I've had one for a while, and really like it. But if anyone has an extra, I'd def be interested to get one for work. Shoot me a pm, and we can deal.

So old, it's not in any system. Manager couldn't find them at all. Found $71.98 online and won't budge off that price. Boxes are faded. Told me he's sending the back. Liar.

What does the "no home" actually mean? I noticed several Milwaukee tools with No Home written on the boxes a couple of months ago. They rang up full price.

They have the item in stock but don't have a spot on the planogram for the area yet. I see a ton of items like that lately as my local HD totally reset the tool area.

I bought the exact same reel a few months back for $23.03 on clearance.

6 shower trim kits for a penny each, a box of Bostitch stainless cool siding nails which didn't scan free, 4 child cabinet safety locks for a dollar each, 1 HDX 4pc scissors for like $1.42 (they have tons). Not a bad trip to North Conway.

Nice!! Which finishes? Portsmouth didn't have any yesterday. I suspect North Hampton doesn't either because I had seen them there a month ago and they had quite a few on clearance so I assume it was all they had. Somersworth and Biddedord are cleaned out.

No trouble at SCO?

Has anyone bought one of the Bostitch Model # N80CB-1 coil framing nailer? I found an open box one for $63 so I bought it. Other than owner's manual there was nothing else in the box. What else should be in the box?
my box is in very bad shape but this came in the box

I bought one still sealed at $63. You only get the nailer and manual.

I see all the great Home Depot deals that everyone is getting, can anyone share how it's done? I stay next to a HD for work several days a week, but I never find these great deals. How do you know what items are on sale for 1 cent, and do you ring them up at the self checkout or have a clerk do it? As you can see, I'm new and need all they GJ advice I can get! Thanks

And as a warning, just because some find things doesn't mean you will. Most that find these deals work hard for them. The easy stuff is located in the clearance section and often sells quickly.

Funny thing with the shower kits, I had 3 in my cart from the clearance section with $25.03 stickers. Had an associate get some down from the overhead. Gave me 2 that matched a SKU in my cart. There were 2 more kits with a different SKU, he scanned one and said "sorry I can't give you these 2, they're listed for disposal, but I can call a manager and get you a discount on it". I passed, said I have enough already lol

The Milwaukee non-contact voltage testers went to penny status in North Conway. Couldn't find any, but found the $5.03 sticker on a clip strip

Haven't seen those in a long time in Houston.

Grabbed two more DeWalt MC Nailers today. They were stashed pretty good with new non working displays away from all the other regular overstock inventory.

Do you have a SKU for the nailers?

NP!

Keep in mind, these aren't clearance items right now. They just hit most of the stores recently. I believe the only reason I found them for 1¢ is because they were shipped to a store that wasn't slated to carry them from a merchandising standpoint. They were taken from receiving and thrown in top stock. I was in this store earlier this week and the MET crew was in the nailer aisle. I stopped in today to get some bar/chain oil for my chain saw, stopped through to see if by chance there was anything and saw the blue MC Logo on these nailers.

Well, just walking through a HD tonight and thought I'd look for one of the clamp meters. I'm standing in front of the electrical tool section scanning for one and a HD employee scans a clip strip on the end cap and I hear him say to another employee "last one and they're gone" I walk over and look and BOOM it's one of the Milwaukee clamp meters for $33.03. Snatched it, batteries were perfect. They still had two multimeters but they were $97.06. Keeping an eye on them.

I needed a new grill cover and found this for $13.02 clearance.

Didn't check SCO but did check the store price check app. Price check app showed clamp meter 33.03 and MM $97.06. I mentioned the the HD employee that other locations had dropped the MM to $33, and he scanned it with some device and said "hmmmm, this one should drop any day then".

HD does odd things with prices. I'm confident it has to do with individual store sales.

Yeah, all the multi meters around here are stil 97.** but the clamp meters are 33.**.

I bet the multi meters drop or .03 status very soon.

Both are still $90/$97 in Arizona. Wish they'd drop like they have in the East. Getting impatient. :)

Find a place to stash it in the store lol. A bathroom medicine cabinet up high that people can't reach.

Next drop after .03 is the trash or an employees garage.

If the wife doesn't get this MTV **** off the tv, the tv is going in the trash too.

Sorry off topic lol.

Anyone know when the children's swing set parts are gonna get marked down? Out of every store I've been to, only 1 store had 1 piece on clearance, gone though (trapeze bar?)
