Home Furnace venting code? Bayvent

Do any of you know the code for how high a High efficiency furnace vent has to be off the driveway?

The concrete guys that poured my driveway raised it about a foot and now I just want to make sure I don't have issues with my furnace intake/exhaust vents. Currently the vents are only ~4" off the driveway!!!

Also has anyone used a Bayvent for their unit?

BTW it's kindda on-topic since it was my driveway that lead to this Although the garage will get a mini-split heat pump later...

JM I havent used that kit you are showing but the code is 12" above the ground do you have a pic of your current pipes . Most likely the easiest way to do this would be to put a 90 on the existing pipes going up then another 90 then a 45 that way the opening isnt facing straight down and it also isnt open to rain getting in by the way you want long radious 90's not the standard plumbing type.

Bummer, I was afraid of this, I'll talk with some local guys and get their take on it, just didn't want to go for the fugly spaghetti look of PVC outside the house...

Codes here say that it must be installed in accordance with its listing. Listing is done by UL, FM or another agency. That said, it is probably a foot or so above grade.
