I think I know the answer to this one, but I will give it a shot.
Our home has several very cold areas in the Winter which are being driven from underneath the baseboards. The carpet against the wall is very cold and I suspect the house frame is not properly sealed to the foundation.
Without tearing everything up, is there anything that I can apply in homes to slow down the air leak?
If not, I assume either the baseboards need to come up, or the siding off of the house to properly address this?
