3 years later, would really like to see the door mechanism, since i'm building one right now. Will probably start with a leather piece sewed up on a wood frame for now. I will also make a post to show my build, probably this weekend, for those interested.

Looks awesome, I have been thinking about building one for my Snap-on Taco Wagon box. Inspired now!

Since the door is taller than the depth of the hutch, I'm not sure how well this door worked out.
