Yes, I figured as much since the cover certainly wouldn't fit and the panel model number didn't indicate it would take them as well as no instructions for tandems. I also understand QO for 3 ph. Figured they didn't make HOM in 3. I was busy doing other stuff, I was just curious about the difference but wasn't sure about the cover not fitting etc.
Seems I read that stuff but its so long ago I am not recalling it all. I had my hands full fixing a couple other handyman issues with the place, not real bad but had some deals with 30A installed on 120V outlets and lights. I was going to gain some spaces, it was full. Also had some wire conversion with multi wire circuit and had wires on different places in the panel and wanted it on a double pole. (had one leg connected to 1 side of a double 30 and one on a single 20.)
I should have seen if it fit in a listed 6/12 panel was sitting around. Didn't occur to me at the moment.
