Homelite backpacker leaf blower ut08572 high speed idle adjustment

Got this one for free last year and I finally got it running afte swapping out the spark plug. It idles fine at low speed, but bogs down when you try to run it at full throttle. Anyone know where the adjuster screws are? Could they be behind the air filter box?

They're probably tamper proof but you can get a screwdriver tool specifically to fit them. Not sure where they are on that unit. Just take the airbox off to see what's on the side of the carb. Are you sure it's getting enough fuel, did you clean the carb?
