I saw a guy weld washers to the fender dent, they were welded perpendicular (as in sticking straight out.

Then he hooked a come-a-long to said washer and the side of his garage (had a series of lag hooks in the studs.) Then he could slowly come-a-long as needed.

When finished, fold the washer L to R to break it off and a quick hit with the flap disc and it was done. Looked a little scary, but worked.

I know this isn't what you asked for, but I'm just throwin it out there.

EDIT: ****...pretty much like the vid at 4:30....

Those will work for a straight line crease, but in the real world very few dents work like that. You would be better off with a stud gun and a clamp that could be used to do a group stud pull. Learning how to control the slide hammer with a stud will fix a lot more stuff than those fancy high dollar gimmicks.
