I was wondering if anyone ever made or may have an idea to make a funnel holder. I have about 6 various size funnels for oil, anti freeze, trans fluid, ect. They are all just taking up space on my shelf, and not that easy to get to! Something wall mounted would probally be the best option. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine just sit in a #10 can on top of the used oil barrel.
Take a 2 liter soda bottle, cut off the top. nail that to the wall or attach it to your pegboard etc. Stick the biggest funnel in there and put a rag between each of the others if you want.

The one I made has adjustable height and will hold a funnel while in use transferring liquids from one container into another, as in emptying drain pan into the empty oil bottles. For storage I just nest the funnels in the holder with whatever drip pan may be handy under it.

My issue wasn't so much about storing but keeping them stored AND clean between uses. The dirt that sticks in them during open storage is at times time consuming and difficult to clean out before use.

I use a 5 gallon bucket with a lid. I drilled several holes in the lid, with a holesaw, and just stick the funnels in the holes. The funnels drain into the bucket, and I just throw a rag over the top of each funnel, to keep it clean.

I like to store my funnels upside down on expanded metal to let them drain and keep the dust accumulation down.

I opened this thread to see the post count on the OP and to sarcastically suggest the search function be used. But instead I found Larwyn's transfer funnel stand. That is fantastic! I have spilled so much oil transferring oil from the drain pan to jugs. Props go to Rolling_Thunder for your wooden version. But I will definitely be making a copy of Larwyn's stand!
To the OP, there are many threads on this subject. And probably any other topic you can think up. I mean no malice. I have been on this board for a short time now, but have been here long enough to see the same topics keep coming up. That being said, it is good to bring up old topics to see new input on the subject.

Simple, inexpensive, quick to assemble and does what it's meant to do: Route nasty fluids into a catch jug & give the funnels a place to drip and hang out till needed again.
A quick squirt of brake cleaner into funnel of choice before using again rinses accumulated dust down the pipes. The large red funnel in center is glued in permanently ... the wide diameter and raised back wall make it a good catch basin for most of the things you're looking to pour out somewhere.

I actually stole the grease gun holder from this forum.
Yes 2x6 wall and 2x4 door! All scraps I had laying around. Only thing I bought was the locking mechanism!

Eric ... the bottom-most white PVC piece, where the clear, braided hose attaches, is 18" above the floor. It'll accommodate a five-gallon bucket with lid. Also, to make it easier to remove the catch container when full, the entire contraption rotates upward in the mounting brackets. The brackets are just common EMT conduit hangers.

I made this one a while back after seeing sombody elses in a similar thread. It's mounted on a small door that goes to a storage area under my front porch. (my garage is under the house-bi/level) Conduit clamps on mine too. Gotta make one of those grease gun holders!

Here's mine:
It's made out of rain gutter and some scrap PVC from our pool pump installation. The rain gutter catches any drips that fall off when trying to get the funnel back to the PVC tube that acts as the holder/drain for the funnels.
