I had this 8" top die laying around for a few years so I decided to make a press to use it in.

Beer Keg water cooler on the Sync 250?

I don't have video right now, but I can give you the details. The main leverage arm is 3.5" x 1.25". The tabs that hold everything pivots on is 5/8" cold roll. The main frame is a piece of 18" I beam. The cylinder is from a bucket truck (the cylinder that levels the bucket).

I cut the center section out of the keg and welded it back together. It was a little too long without at first. I polished it out for good measure. Lol

With this die combo (i made another top and bottom die), the heaviest I've bent was 3" x 5/16" flat stock

How does your vise-grip rack work?

Looks like its holding the pliers by the adjuster screws.

Good observation! Every run has a larger hole at each end of it. The top section has a larger spot in the middle as well. It's not fun when you have to remove 10 clamps to get to the oneyyou want.
