Homemade slide hammer attachments

I saw in the other thread guys were saying they had made their own attachments for slide hammers. Wondering what you have made and what you used it for? Pictures are welcomed!

I have used bulk althread and fender washers and the appropriate nut and a large socket as the weight to make a slide hammer to pull front pumps in transmissions

I made a couple of axle shaft pullers. 5 x5.5 , 6 x 5, 5 x5 and a few others. 3/8 plate

Attachments to fit vise grips, hook type attachments, screw type attachments for dent removal, 3 and 4 leg puller attachments.

Does anyone have pictures of homemade slide hammers with hooks on the end?

I'm looking to replace one like this and ideas would help.

I have one that I made using an air brake chamber clevis, that is 5/8" fine thread. Onto that I can attach either a grab or a slip chain hook.
