I made this about 6 months ago. The dies took forever to make so I only made two, one for 5/8" and 1" round solid. Worked out great. I included a picture of some post drivers that I made, and I bent the handles with this bender. Every piece of equipment I make is 100% made out of steel from the scrap pile.

Very interesting design! Great work. It's very satisfying to use a tool you made yourself, especially for cheap, isn't it?

I made a version of the Pro-Tools HMP-200HD and I even made a 6.5" radius x1.75" OD die for that. I only bought a die pin and spacer; the die took about 10 hours of lathe time and eventually I bought a HF air/hydraulic 20T jack to power it.
