is outsourced - I got my wires crossed in a previous comment above - and I will defer to SMKS on that one: it indeed looks like Ullman is the OE manufacturer, as they most likely are on the Craftsmans pictured above, and as they are on about 99% of the magnetic and nylon-handled screw starters sold by a great many other companies (Wilde being among them.)
If you cruise through the new Wilde catalog (available in *.pdf format on their website) you will note a great many items have been marked "discontinued". Almost all of those are items Wilde outsourced. I believe they are refocusing their efforts on what they actually make, because they're very good at it; they have been OE on pliers for a number of other tool brands, which a quick visual comparison will show. They've also been a supplier for US Government contracts for years, making, among other things, bayonets for M1 rifles:
