Actually I've been looking at the classifieds for a while and finally joined a few months back to pounce on the best prices in tools ever. Not to mention some outstanding sellers as well.
So who am I?.... Just your average HOOT (aka Tom Gibson). I build custom built packaging equipment for a global company. Our company specializes in carton erecting cartoners and pouching eqipment. Out of all the boxed and/or pouched products in a grocery store the only ones that come to mind that we don't do is cans of vegetables. From lightbulbs to razorblades and beer to ice cream we got you covered, or should I say boxed. We also do Moog car parts and sporting stuffs like golf balls and softballs. I specialize in beer and soft drink packers.
This company is also where I got the nickname HOOT, 26 years ago and is actually what everyone including the customers know me as. HOOT is also what 80% of the outside world know me as also. My Mentor(retired 13 years ago) still a close friend gave me this nickname because of Gibson being my last name. I'm no wheres near a cowboy and I sing like **** but I can be alot of fun. The fact I'm a night owl didn't play into the naming( I was dayshift then) but actually works in better now that I work nights. I sleep when the sun comes up and awake all night.
47 yrs old, divorced with no kids but I have a spoiled rotten Boston Terrier named "Stormy Ann". I found her stranded on a wicked stormy night at 4 am. at work so I was calling her Stormy. After 6 weeks of no-one looking for her I decided she will be mine. The guys at work pegged her with Annie so they could say here comes HOOT-n-Annie

See you guys and gals around the board here, especially if you hang in the classifieds as that's where I hang until my garage is outfitted. I got a couple of old Jeeps, a '81 J20 and a '77 Honcho to play with this summer.
