Hoppy headlight aimer

I've had this older headlight aimer for who knows how long and have never used it. Got it used probably 20 plus years ago. I'm pretty sure it's only good on older sealed beam flat type bulbs but not sure. It does have all the original instructions that probably tell what they can be used on but I have never read them. Is there any use for these things? Pretty sure I will never need them and trying to clean out things I will never use. Any idea what they are worth if I was to sell them?

Looking at the 'sold' / 'completed' transactions on ebay there's quite a few complete looking sets that have went for around $150.

It should work on later model headlights also, as those blue adapters in your picture are meant to be used on unconventional headlamp shapes (i.e. configurations other than flat round or flat rectangular).
