Horivertical / Vertizontal vent on Mr Heater 75k

The installation instructions for the Mr Heater are fairly good in describing how a horizontal or a vertical installation should be done, but I need to make a decision about whether to go up through the attic and put a roof-vent stack on it, or turn and go out through a gable wall in the attic space.

I already have it all installed right up to the top of the 20" high insulation-heat-shielded b-vent riser in the attic, and turning it horizontal and going through the wall seems like the cleanest/easiest to do, since it doesn't involve a hole in the roof, shingles, etc.

Here is a drawing of what I am thinking about. Does anyone have any ideas about whether the hybrid "vertizontal" piping introduces any anomalies I should take into consideration?

its got to change the properties. I have no idea how much though.

What about running that pipe at a 45* instead of 90*. Im sure that would cause much less of a disturbance.

The number of elbows is within specified values in the manual.
I am wondering if anything changes in the condensation properties that might be an issue.
