Horizontal venting kit for unit heater

I'm about ready to mount a Mister Heater 80K in my new shop. I want to vent it horizontally. Most of the kits I've found are $350 or more. This one is a lot less expensive. What am I missing here?

The kit is B Vent and not stainless steel. A lot of places require stainless for horizontal.
