Hey Guys, Newbie here...Here's what I got...40x36, 10' walls, 4/12 pitch trussed roof, 2' centers, shingled, 4" conc. floor/w 2 6x6 drains with 4" out, in the middle of the Two 12x8 doors, 8 tall, 12 wide insulated, on the non-gable side. 1.5 overhangs, one man door, no windows expect for in the garage doors themselves. I did White steel ribbed on the inside and ceilings, with J-channel, and trimmed out all the doors with flat white steel so the garage doors would mount over the steel for a clean finish. I did all the electric with galv. pipe on the outside of the walls, shop side, at the top around the header, and dropped a 6' stick down every 10' to a 4x4 plug box.I have plans on blowing in more insulation but for now I have the foil on the walls and ceilings. I am going to buy a 75k hot dawg or Mr. Heater this week but as far as the vent system goes. Can I get all the stuff at lowes or menards for less than the normal 68 dollar vent kit? I will post some pictures when I get a chance, I have put some time and money into this and for a non-carpenter, think it turned out pretty good.. also pretty proud I did most of the work myself except for my dad and a buddy helping with the post.
