I see where that could be very handy in the tight spots where pliars cannot fit.

Interesting, although a bit pricey considering they can only be used on that sort of clamp.

The hose clamp pliers with the flexible exstension is still a better buy in my mind

Especially since the cable-style pliers tool is cheaper.

Yeah I thought it was expensive ... and maybe not as convient as the cable plier tool ... just interesting to see ideas for tools that tackle a problem ... and if you had a mill you could make your own ... home made tools are cool

I decided to finally order some hose clamp pliers after removing hose clamps with channelocks yesterday. I can't wait to get them and see how much easier it will be removing and installing hose clamps.

You won't believe how much easier your jobs will be with those. I don't know how I did without mine all these years...
