What does everyone do with their short/medium lengths of hoses or flexible tubing? I have a bunch of different bits, fuel lines, water lines, all sorts of different lengths and types. I did have them "coiled/mashed" into a few different parts bins, but it was far from organized and generally looked like a mess.

Who has a better organization method?

Most of them are around 8 inches to 36, not really enough to coil and hang properly.

Usually my hose and tube stock end up in totes. Still loose inside, but the bins/totes stack nicer and keep the mess under control. I've found it easier to use that system and faster to find what I need when I'm ready to use it.

Small Totes for short lengths and I stick this tote inside a large Tote for longer lengths........ I have automotive hoses along with clear "Tygon" tubing all in one Tote.

In a storage bin on a shelve in one of the cabinets. Out of sight until needed and all in one spot. Pull bin off shelf, dump on bench, rummage through and find the piece I need, scoop back into bin and put back on the shelf.

I store tubing in a plastic drawer that's similar to a tote. Coiled up and twist tied to keep the coils from unwinding. It's pretty easy to sort through and find what I need when I need it.
