I tired searching using keywords like 'blasting' and 'sandblasting' and got lots of hits, but didn't see where anyone recommended where I could buy a new hose for my portable sandblaster. Google had some results, and one actually looked promising, until the $70 hose I was going to order had a shipping charge of $125!

I was looking for something that is 1/2" ID and about 15-25' long (seems that 25' is the shortest anyone has)

When I replaced mine, I just used vinyl tubing from home depot or lowes. It probably is not the "right" thing to use but it was cheap and it seems to work well. The only drawbacks that I have found is it has a tendency to kink if you are not careful and not sure what the longevity will be like over the long term.

Best of luck

I did the same, I've run countless bags of sand thru it over the last 20 years or so and it still works fine....the original rubber hose lasted about 3 bags worth.

Heater hose......cheap and easy.

Thats what I used. My HF blast cabinet came with garbage clear vinyl hoses. The pressure hose swelled up like a snake that swallowed an egg, and the suction hose would just collapse the second you pulled the trigger.
Got some heater hose from NAPA and its all good now.

I may have to try the cheaper stuff. I just thought I needed something to put up with the abrasiveness of the media, since the one that came with the blaster was wearing out from use
