Ok, my long handled hose grip pliers from sunex frustrate me (the type that help twist off the hoses, NOT for hose clamps) ... They work well when they fit. Often times, they don't fit.

It's as if I need them in multiple different lengths, as well as in different angles.

Has anyone found hose grip pliers of different lengths, or with different offsets to the heads?

hmmmm.... from the photos of various models that have been posted here they all pretty much follow the same design and length ... only variation I've noted is the size of the hose they're designed to grab onto.

For removing hoses Lisle makes nice plier thing, the tips are flat V's and you put it behind the end of the hose and squeeze and the two V's spread and push the hose right off. Works a lot better than grabbing the hose and pulling with any kind of pliers.
