Hose reel for water

I am looking for a hose reel for water hose that I can mount in my garage to pull out the garage door and wash vehicles, etc. I have a fountain in my front yard that I have to add water to 3-4 times weekly that is about 85 feet from the location where I can mount the reel..no outside spigots on that side of the house either..

I am looking for something very similar to the one below..just in around 100' length...anyone aware of such a beast?

Great minds think alike. That's the one that I would have pointed out. Griots also has a wheeled unit and though it isn't a wall mounted unit looks like it would be very convenient and holds 100' of hose.

Yeah, I was really hoping for something wall mounted and self retracting..I have nice air hose reels...just wanting something similar for water..I have seen numerous 100' 3/8" air hose reels, I am afraid that would take a long time to flow much water and not be sufficient for washing cars, etc. however.

I haven't seen any self retracting with 100' cap. McMaster-Carr
has some on page 1933 that will hold 200', but are self wind. Model E
is stainless wall mount. With that cap. you could up the hose size.

I went to page 1933, and I have a reel like item G on the page that I keep in my garage. I use it inside in the winter to wash the cars and truck. I do have to rewind it all back up but I have 100 feet of Sears rubber hose on it.

The self retracting reels are usually 3/8 and a little bit too thin.

I just put up the best hand operated reel I could find

Great link, they look to be top quality.

I noticed in today's paper Manards has a auto rewind hose reel
on sale for $39.99 that holds 150' of 5/8" hose, wall mount or
stand up. I'm sure it isn't the quality of the Cox Reel's, but might
be worth a look.

That is pretty cheap. I doubt it will come close to a Cox reel for quality as the Cox reels above probably cost ~$400+.

That one at Menards can't be worth a rat at that price..although what a wonderful surprise if it was.

The Cox Reels look like the ticket..the SH-N-4100 looks like exactly what I am after...Northern doesn't have it listed on their web site, but I emailed to check availability. Anyone aware of other resellers I might check?

Thanks! Man, they are proud of those...wonder if they ever turn up on eBay? I just scored 2 Nederman 883 hose reels for air on eBay that are normally priced the same as that Cox reel for $49 each..

Thanks for finding those links...I will see what price Northern Tool comes back with, but Toolking is usually pretty low..

Well never say never, but I have been looking for all most a year and none of that model so far. I have been looking for the cutting torch set and they show up from time to time, but they want too much for them even on FleeBay

I would likely plumb an outside hydrant and then knife in a rolled line to where I wanted to use it. I am never scared to add in utilities, new circuit, new pipe, if I need it on a regular basis in it goes.

2X!! I work at a Product Development firm and people always me stuff like 'where can I get a left-handed Flimmer valve, in bronze?', and Mcmaster-Carr usually has it. They are not usually the cheapest, but they HAVE it, and often deliver it the next day (without extra shipping fees). I bought two 20" (HUGE) high flow water filters for my house, for about the same price as the puny filters HD has. I order hardware from them all the time; I'm a big fan of button head hex socket screws (for looks mostly) and they have everything.

And their website is pretty easy to use; a big plus. I STILL can't find anything on Digikey's site. And Mouser? fugedaboudit.
