Hose Reel - How to disassemble

I bought this hose reel almost 15 years ago at a swap meet, and never got to mounting it, because I don't know how to get to two of the mounting holes. There is no manufacturers name that I can find on the reel. I need to remove the part that the hose rolls up on, so I can get to the mounting holes. I was able to remove the arm that holds the hose by removing the 4 nuts, but I am afraid to take anything more apart. Can you help me figure out how to get the reel off the mounting bracket? Does anyone recognize this reel and know who manufactured it.

MY Chinese retractable hose reel looks like that, and the instructions ( and sticker on the unit) clearly say to use the included lag studs and the provided template . once the lags are installed you use the nuts to secure the reel.
opening the unit can cause injury or death!

There may be a clock spring inside... its a sundial? type spring, so its cool while its together but might 'spring' apart if you remove one side.,... essentionally a clock spring is a spring, think a spring on your car, that has been smooshed flat... so be very careful

I have been searching the internet looking for a place to buy these lag studs, but I still haven't found any place. Any suggestions? thanks

proper term is hanger bolts ... sorry

I also would be coming up with another scheme to mount it before I took it apart.
