hossfeld bender score

i picked up a new toy today. a hossfeld model 2 bender and a few dies. i found the add on craigslist, not too far from me and emailed the guy. didnt hear back for a few days and thought it was sold. then he called me yesterday saying if i wanted it he would hold it for me. i picked it up today...came with a nice base he made as well .

came with a sharp bending die, bulldozer die, and plenty of misc pins

That's a great price. I was given a Hossfeld #2 with the hydraulic setup and quite a few dies but haven't used it much. The dies are really expensive. It seems to be like lathes and mills. The price is largely dependent on the tooling that comes with it.

it only had basic tooling but it had 2 that i wanted, i need to get the angle flange tools and the flat bending tool for flat stock.

eventually i'll make some radius backing blocks
