Hi guys. I hope somebody out there can help me. This morning when I opened the door to my garage there was a burning smell and my heater was off. Not the best time of year for this to happen but it could have been December. I turned up the thermostat and the burners are coming on but the exhaust fan and the circulating fan dont. I pulled the side cover and checked the connections and they all seem fine. Ive only had the heat on for the past few days. For some reason it seemed a little louder than last year but that could be just my imagination and the fact that its been off all this time and I forgot what it sounds like when its running. Before I turned it on for the winter I checked the fresh air stack to make sure the bees didnt build a nest in it. I didnt get any fumes when I was out there working so I think the exhaust was clear. The burning smell seemed to be electrical. Any ideas ? This heater was built in March 07 so its pretty new.
