I have had really good luck with ETARI. It is for PDR I have found it works really well in most applications. I live in Europe so not sure about the availability in the US. I also like Mega Power Brazilian Green Glue. Its about $50 a KG but worth it.
For the not PDR realm, I believe 3M scotch weld is really good. Unfortunately there are like 10k varieties. You really have to match your application. It is great when used correctly, but miserable if used in the incorrect application.
