I was told by a Minnesota DNR Watercraft Inspector yesterday that I need to flush my engine with 120 degree water after use to prevent transfer of Invasive species from lake to lake. Apparently the regulations have changed from normal temp water to 120 degrees. I double checked the Inspector and it appears he is correct, and Yamaha says it is ok to flush the engine using 120 degree water.
My question is now - How the heck do I get 120 degree water into my townhome garage short of running a host to the kitchen sink ( my wife would KILL ME if I did that)?
Im not sure if I posted this in the correct section so Mod please feel free to move if needed.
Thanks
