They're certainly not bashful about price, huh?

They do look nice and will take much less space if one is just looking for the "look".

They seem like a waste to me, I could get the same amount of coolness from a full sized picture of a gas pump. I know the real ones are stupid money but these things clearly lack the "cool factor" of a nice restored pump.

Something about having one that, "John Smith" pumped gas at in the 40's appeals to me more if I'm gonna shell out some cash for some neat shop decor.

Jazz - don't get discouraged. There are two types of people - those that like antiques and those that don't. It's cool to point that link out even though many people on this board would only accept the real thing (me included). Part of the allure to this type of garage deco thing is finding it and restoring it to its former glory. You get bragging rights that way and a real piece of history. But that approach doesn't work for everyone. :beer:
