HELLO, I'M TRYING TO FING OUT THE CORRECT WAY TO HOOK UP AN HOUR METER TO MY 7.5HP, 240VAC EATON AIR COMPRESSOR. I'VE E-MAILED EATON A COUPLE TIMES AND GOT DIFFERENT INSTUCTIONS BOTH TIMES.
I WANT TO LOG MOTOR RUN TIME, NOT SWITCH ON TIME.
THANK'S, cisko1624

is it a 240vac meter? If so, wire it to the two hot leads supplying the motor after the pressure switch.

Also, please dont type in all caps. It makes your post difficult to read.

Sorry about the "Caps".
I don't have the hour meter yet, can go with either voltage. I was told by Eaton to wire a 110v meter to the bottom of the pressure switch. Do you mean the two black wires at the bottom of the Mag starter ?
Thank's, cisko1624

Why not just get an ENM hour meter that doesn't have to be wired? MT10 Series I have the MT101R. It is made in USA. The Eaton hour meters are made in China.
