Got tile in my bathrooms 12x 12, question is does the grout have to be periodicaly sealed? and if so with what. one room is polished marble looks like, have waxed to remove water stains etc. surface residue, plan to wax the fiberglass shower stall in a few days. both bath rooms grout lines look like teh water soaks in or looks like the grout absorbs water drops??/

Grout does not "have to be" sealed. Probably more relevant in a kitchen when things that could permanent stain the grout could get on the grout.

Yes, grout will absorb a small amount of water.

It will absorb water yes.

You can seal it with some grout sealer (found at most places that sell tile) and it works pretty well, but makes the grout really shiny so it depends on if you will like that look.

Me personally, we did it in our last house because it had slate everywhere that would absorb water, but in the new house we have regular porcelain so the grout it on its own.
