House Hunting and found this

My wife and I are considering moving to a new house. One of my requirements is at least a 3 car garage. While looking at the listings I found this house. This is in the basement of the house, there is a 2 car upstairs.

Unfortunately the rest of the house wasn't perfect for us, so we are not buying. The basement was perfect, the workshop, wine cellar, and home theater.

I miss my Nussbaum lift. Mine was an overhead. How the heck fire do they service the emergency stop, bleeder overflows , cables, etc....??? Crazy!

Know this is a long shot, but this home for sale in the next couple of weeks:

980sqft basement shop and 3 car garage at street level. Great neighborhood on a private street. Great view and well tended low maint. yard.
