Since most people don't know how to upload pics to the site or they don't know how to use a host photo site either, i was just wondering why there isn't a "manage attachment" button on the quick reply area? Most people don't know they have to go to advanced reply to be able to upload a photo. Which makes me wonder why there is a separate quick reply and advanced reply? The quick reply doesn't make anything any quicker so why isn't there just a plain old reply box with all extras in it instead of making two different ways to reply and then hiding the photo attachment one in the advanced reply section? I only ask this because I was just in a thread in where someone didn't know how to post photos, but when I show them how to use postimg.org.it too seems to be disliked by some users as well. I only use postimg.org. because it posts nice large images when used correctly that im sure others appreciate but maybe some don't. Anyways I'm ranting here I'll stop.

Yes it is. Not saying it's me but people who may be new or people that don't ever post pics and my want to are not finding the manage attachment box. Asking how to post pics has come up on numerous threads. I really feel it's due to not seeing the manage attachment box

There are plenty of ways to post photos on the forum and the best way is the go advanced in the reply.
Yes it is but I was just asking to have the manage attachment button put on the quick reply box so people can find it. I realize it's easy to go to the advanced reply but some people just dont know how. Even being how easy it is, you've got to understand that the simplest solution is not always obvious for the human race.

If you did that it would complicate the quick reply. At present you have two options - Quick Reply or Go Advanced both give you the ability to respond how you want or to add what you require. Although I see the insert image logo in the Quick Reply.
How would it complicate the quick reply with a manage attachments button? So in return it also must complicate the advanced box too since that's where it's at now. I just thought it would be nice to have it in the quick reply. It would actually turn the quick reply into an actual quick reply since you do have the look for the manage attachment button elsewhere. It's cool if you leave it where it is. Just thought it would be nice to have it in the open where you could see it
If the issue is just providing knowledge about posting pics, maybe the site just needs a reference (sticky or FAQ?) to a procedure detailing how to do this.

Personally I believe that everything is fine, people have to try the buttons and if the results are not what they want, they can always go to the previous page and start over.
I believe the forum needs a like button so that it is not important to post anything, if all you want to say is, you like something. In my case sometimes i read something I like but the post is older and I have to quote what I like to finally write or give it a thumbs up.

This is fine too but still if a person can't find the manage attachment button, do you really think they're gonna find a sticky explaining the procedure? Why not just take the explaination of the procedure out of the equation and just put the button in plain sight instead?
