I made a Steel ******* out of a leaf spring.The face is 2 1/2 wide and 4 inches long but flat.I want to put a radius on it but all I have is angle grinders ,air tools etc. Do I need a lathe?

How can I radius my flat bar ******* without fancy tools?

A lot depends on the radius number. A 20" radius would require a bit different process than a 2" radius. Are you wanting the radius across the 2.5" face, the 4" face or both giving a concave or convex surface. Need specifics here.
