Nothing wrong with that.
I have 2-3 of everything.
You need at least 2- of each size

You got to ramp up on that collection if you have hopes of keeping up around here. You hit the big time when you have heavy tonnage equipment and a forklift to move it.

That happened to me once. The Civil Defense siren went off because there was a tornado coming. I took off toward home, the wife and kids, and the toolbox slid against the truck tailgate and knocked it open, and all my stuff landed in the road and the rain.:)

Those are only the hand wrenches and sockets, all of them rarely used. I haven't even started sorting through the tools of my ACTUAL trade...:) Which reminds me of an idea I pitched to a photographer friend. I want to get a picture of myself with every tool (hand, power, machine, etc) that I own.

If you organize them all pretty, then you can justify it to yourself more easily. ;)

I'm not seeing the problem. You stumbled, fell and dropped some of your tools -did you trip, were you drunk, did you wish you were drunk, what? :bounce:

That could be a GJ theme thread. Show us YOU and ALL of your tools!
I think they'd need a very wide angle lens to get all of that in one image for most of us.

It could just be a side effect of how you are buying tools. I end up with multiples when I buy entire carry boxes for the "prime" stuff and end up with stuff I don't need. I'm not so good at selling things . . .

Looks like you have a bad habit of buying up other people's ****.
I have a rule, if I don't have a need for it, right now, I typically don't buy it.
I certainly don't buy up other people's used **** that's duplicates to what I already have.

I've only got 2 hands,
I've got 2 sets of SAE combination wrenches, and 2 sets of metric combo wrenches. I have a set of standard and deep metric and SAE sockets in respective 1/4.3/8, and 1/2 drive. I just don't own more stuff than I can use myself.

To be considered a hoarder you must have a spot in your brain that is reminding you that there are more wrenches...somewhere.
Having gathered this collection in a bit of a pattern in a clean area indicates you might be closer to a recovering hoarder. If you can avoid the OCD response to go buy the missing wrenches in sets you should be fine. If you hunt them down at swap meets, garage sales and pawn shops...even better.

I see those orphan flex head gear wrenches or the odd looking Industro ones!

Not a hoarder. You just need to catch up to some of the others on the forum. I have one drawer in one of my tool boxes that has more stuff in it than in the picture.
