You could always report yourself using the "report" button.
probably the easiest and quickest chance of getting a reply. the report tab sends an email to all moderators .

If you go to the members list there is a list of all staff members. It’s good to use to contact one. Some haven’t been active for quite awhile so make sure you choose an active one to send a message too.
Lol. Fortunately I have never had one contact me for a bad reason lol. Though I’ve probably gotten close to it haha. But it’s a great forum so I try to stay out of trouble and if someone posts something that breaks the rules I report it. Simple instead of getting in a war.

Yep, a Mod can self report, get the email and resolve it as well.
For the regular members, this is pretty much what we see when you report an issue.

If I hover over the "Howdy welder4956" on the home page, it displays a drop down similar to the one circled in your screenshot with my email address.
