How do I fix these gaps in my garage?

I was out of town when the concrete slab was poured for my garage.
The concrete guy put a bevel on the slab for the man door and the roll up door, but he put them in the wrong place.
So now I have ended up with this gap under the threshold for the man door, and a gap under the wall of the building.
Rodents are getting in through here and causing issues.

What is the best way to close up these gaps?
Some self leveling concrete?

Rip 5/4 pvc and stuff it in tight. Use OSI quad caulk.

Mortar under the door sill, rodent guard at the bottom of the metal siding.

Extend the bevel to the door width.

Top n Bond and a trowel. Pack it in until the gap is full.

Cementitious grout. Mix it a bit dry and pack it in.
