How do I identify and remove carpet adhesive from concrete?

These are two photos of the thin layer of adhesive left behind upon removing carpet and padding.

The solvents and scraping I have tried haven't made much of a dent.

I'll try test substituting a roloc on a die grinder to determine before scaling up.

From what we know it works on all types of mastic, but check with the mfgr as they offer two types of remover and you may have the type that requires the other type of remover which we thinik is for urethanes.
