How Do I Make a Thread Title show "Updated"

Like the title says. When I update a thread I'd like to make the thread title show it has been updated. I tried hitting edit in my post and then going advanced. I can make it change withing the thread, but it doesn't show in the forum where you can actually click on the title of the thread.

Your topic will be seen as active so many will not need you to update the topic name to notice.

1st post, edit, then hit edit again below the 1st post, you can now edit the thread title.

Or you can click on Go Advanced and edit the title from there.
