How do I put a link in my signature?

I tried to put a link to my "This could be the ultimate welding table" thread as my signature. It looks like I got it. But I'd also like to be rename the link.

I have no idea how to do this.

Can anyone help?

The link works. I suggest you just put a name in front of it.

I think I figured out how to get the link there and I now have a name above it.

I like how Steevo has a link to his work bench in his signature but it has been renamed to "My Workbench Build Thread"

That's what I'm trying to do.
