How do I re-torque the bearings on my air compressor?

I am reassembling the bottom end of my Speedaire Campbell Hausfeld 5Z185 air compressor. It's a 2 parallel-cylinder pump that's belt-driven by a 5 hp motor. I took out the crank so a machine shop could cut a new keyway slot.

How tight do I turn the bolts that attach the bearings to the crankshaft?

The gasket set came with two gaskets for the cylinders. The cylinder section is removed by pulling it up off the pistons. One gasket has holes for all six bolts, the other only has holes for the middle two bolts. I'm guessing that the gasket with six holes goes between the cylinders and the head, and the one with two holes goes between the cylinders and the bottom. Is that correct?

The Ebay vendor who sold me the gasket set answered my questions.

The head bolt are to be torqued to 200-210 In.Lbs.

I can not find the rod torque values on that pump. Others are at 120 In.Lbs.

The gasket with two holes goes on the bottom and the one with six holes goes on the head.
