How Do I Wire These LED Lights?

What I want to do: Wire 6 of these dimmable recessed LED lights in my basement to a single dimmer switch.

Why I am confused: How do I wire the input to the little transformers? Does each connection need to be in a junction box? Or can I solder and shrink-tube extensions for the wiring and run them all to a common junction box (mounted where I can get to it)?

Should I lengthen the low voltage (12V) wiring and mount the transformers remotely where I can get to them? Any other ideas?

I wouldn't. Those are cheap and only listed for the european market, not that CE would be unsafe.

Do you need such a low headroom? I would install 4" cans with EcoSmart 4" LE recessed lamps.

If you must use them, I would install the transformers as you suggested so there is plenty of room for them to breathe and keep an eye on.
