How do I wire this 240v pressure switch?

Ok i see where the motor connects to the black, white and ground....but on the ends where the reds wires are is what throws me off....where do I attached the black and white wire on the ends where the red wires are?

Hard to say without looking at the switch more closely.... but just remember what you want the switch to do is bring power from 2 separate wires, switch it with 2 separate switches, and pass the power on to two different wires.... so look closely at the switch and make sure each wire is going into/coming out of a switch. (2 pole switch.)
