How do I wire this 240v pressure switch?

Ok i see where the motor connects to the black, white and ground....but on the ends where the reds wires are is what throws me off....where do I attached the black and white wire on the ends where the red wires are?

Looks like a simple DPST switch. Two pairs of contacts. The only way to tell for sure is to put a continuity tester on each pair of contacts & observe the action as the switch is engaged & disengaged (with the wires off).

Please explain what you are trying to do, connect power, connect a load, or confirm what you have is correct? Describe what is connected to the other end of the black and white wires and to the other end of the red wires.

Currently the white and black wire is connected to the motor....and I'm going to remove the red wires....and connect a plug to it so i can wire it to the wall...so trying to figure out where the white and black wire would connect to....so currently the red wire are supposed to be connected to the wall outlet

Your two red wires are L1 & L2. That is your power coming in from the breaker. The White & Black wires are T1 & T2. They go to the motor.to installa cord with a plug, you will remove the two red wires and connect the "hot" wires from the cord. You should also add a ground wire to the metal chassis of the switch since you're rewiring things.

Ok can I connect any either black or white to the red wire? Or it doesn't matter?

Correct. It does not matter, but you don't need to touch the White & Black unkess you're replacing the switch, which isn't a bad idea based on looking at it.

Ok kool....yeah the black and white is already connected to the motor....

If the white sire is neutral (and it should be) it is not needed for a true 240V only application.

Motor is 230v. Feed wires on the pressure switch are both red. If they are coming directly from the breaker panel they should be Black for L1, Red for L2 & Green for Ground. The OP doesn't show anything other than the pressure switch, so IDK if those red wires are direct from the breaker, or part of the factory wiring. Any "internal" wiring on the compressor could be any colors they want.

Motor winding leads are not color coded the same as feed wires. It's VERY common for motors to have Black and White lead colors with Black being L1 and White L2, but not Neutral, when the motor is rated for voltages above 120V.
