How Do I wire This Motor?

I didn't think to take a picture like I should have before opening up this motor. So here I am asking before I let the smoke out.

This is a very old 1/4hp motor. No capacitor. I replaced the start switch.

The winding has 4 wires. 3 leads on one side and one on the other. The single wire goes to the switch. I numbered it #4. One of the three goes to one of the terminals. I numbered it #1. There is continuity between these two.
The two left of the three I numbered #2, #3. They have continuity between them.

I'm confident that #1, and #4 are correct.

Pretty sure that #2 goes to terminal #1. Number #3 goes to terminal #5 with the other side of the switch.

120v goes to terminal #1, and #5.

I numbered them. I think that my numbers can be seen if opened. If not let me know, I'll try again with the numbers.

Yes, that may work. If it seems rough, swap 2/3. The 5->4 connection is the start winding, via the centrifugal switch. My guess is there is some way that 1/4 stay connected, and only 5 drops out when needed but hard to tell from the pic. If you move the cent. switch (break the circuit including 5), you should still have a way that 1-4 has a connection to power
